During our recent stay, we experienced a blend of tradition and modernity that resonated well with us. Upon arrival, the young staff welcomed us with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in, which sets a pleasant tone for the visit. The location is impeccable for those keen on exploring local attractions-I particularly enjoyed the 2-hour steam train ride, a nostalgic journey through beautiful landscapes. The restaurant offered a substantial starter essential for my late dinner, while my husband savored one of the best steaks he's had, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality. On the downside, breakfast service on our final morning lagged a bit, though early breakfast requests on the first two days were well accommodated. The roasts, particularly on Sunday, left a lasting impression and can be noted as a high point of our dining experience. This establishment provides a solid option wanting to soak in the local culture and hospitality, with friendly staff to guide you to nearby gems.
